CSA offers tailored services for teams, providing a unique and highly valuable benefit for families. Our Program Director collaborates with the Head Coach and team administration to develop customized programs for athletes preparing for the recruiting process.

Athletes benefit from regular in-person sessions with a Recruiting and Career Counselor in small group settings. These sessions, strategically planned with the coaching staff, address specific needs within each group. Athletes also have the opportunity to connect with peers nationwide in their graduation year, fostering learning from shared experiences.

Parents gain access to a Recruiting and Career Counselor for guidance on the recruiting process and supporting their athlete. Coaches receive education on best practices for guiding athletes through recruitment. Plus, all members enjoy discounted rates on CSA Family Plans.
